What is the most important asset you own?  Most likely it is your home.  And like most people you want to protect your investment.  When I am speaking to people there are 3 questions that I am asked.

Q1 – What is my home worth?

Great question!  I want to tell you but you will need to help me out a little first.  I can do an analysis of what homes are doing in your neighborhood but I need a little information from you.  Please fill out the form to the right and I will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours.

Q2 – What homes are for sale?

There are hundreds and thousands of homes in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  I have a site where you can enter in your search criteria and see for yourself.  Please visit my site by clicking here.

Q3 – What are the market conditions?

I have several pages dedicated to answering this question.  Look at the menu at the top of this page and locate EAST COUNTY SAN DIEGO.  If you hover your mouse over that button a drop down will give you several options of ZIP codes that you can choose and get real time data updated weekly.

I only have some data on those pages.  You can get more data by filling out the form on the upper right of those pages and I will send you an Executive Summary that contains more data.
