Purpose and Passion
Why am I a professional real estate agent? I have a 2-fold answer that encompasses integrity and the ability to help people.

I stand by my integrity. In a world with conflicting actions, greed, and rampant misrepresentations of truth – integrity is more important now than ever before. Integrity is defined as ‘adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.’ As your real estate agent you can count on this definition.

It is my nature to reach out to people. I think the world would be a better place if people looked out for each other more then themselves. In real estate, I get to do this for the American dream; whether it is a first time home buyer, military support, distressed sales, or any other real estate needs.

Who is David
This is where I am supposed to brag how awesome I am. Well, I will tell you about what makes me, me.

  • I am a pastor though I am not serving in a paid position at the moment.
  • I am a husband who has now been married 20 years to my wonderful wife.
  • I am father to 2 children who are the delight of my life.
  • I have 7 cats and 2 dogs; our house is quite a zoo at times.
  • I enjoy photography, videography, Disneyland (http://ru42video.com), computers, and playing with my family.

What is it that makes me a great agent to service your needs?

Technology – I love technology and use a variety of technology tools to stand out from the rest. People meet homes on the internet and not driving around. I make sure homes have a powerful and provoking presence on the web.

Market Expert – I know my markets. I study my markets and other real estate matters that affect the markets.
